Terms for businesses.

These terms apply to every undertaking (developer, realtor or other professional seller) that creates a business account and takes out a subscription to Hoobler for business. The signatory declares that they are authorised to bind the undertaking. The account may only be used for professional purposes.

• The subscription is invoiced and paid yearly in advance.
• We draw up an invoice (via Billit) and deliver it to the invoicing address provided. Payment is made within 30 days, unless agreed otherwise.
• There is no automatic renewal: for a following year you receive a new invoice in good time, which you confirm again.
• All amounts are exclusive of VAT. VAT is added on the invoice according to the applicable rules.
• The account becomes active as soon as the invoice has been processed. In the event of late payment, access may be suspended.

Each tier covers a maximum number of simultaneously active properties (draft + online). If you want to manage more properties than your tier allows, you upgrade to a higher tier; the difference is charged pro rata. Publication on Zimmo is a separate cost per property, on top of the subscription, and falls under the ordinary publication terms.

The statutory withdrawal right of 14 days applies only to consumers and is not applicable to this business subscription. A paid yearly subscription is not refunded, save for mandatory statutory provisions or an express agreement to the contrary.

Hoobler is a software platform that supports your sale; we are not a realtor, notary or legal adviser. You remain responsible yourself for the accuracy and lawfulness of your listings, certificates and dossiers, and for compliance with the property and consumer rules towards your buyers. Our liability is, insofar as legally permitted, limited to the amount of the subscription for the current year, and we are not liable for indirect damage (missed sale, loss of profit).

In the event of non-payment, abuse or a serious breach of these terms, we may suspend or terminate the account. Your dossiers remain available within your account for as long as the subscription runs. After expiry, and without renewal, access is discontinued; data is retained and deleted in accordance with our privacy statement and the data processing agreement.

We may amend these terms and the tiers. Material changes we announce in advance; they apply from your next subscription year. The date at the top shows the latest update.

Belgian law applies to these terms. Disputes fall within the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the district where Hoobler BV has its registered office. Questions? E-mail sander@hoobler.be.
