As a consumer, you have 14 calendar days to withdraw from your package, an upgrade or an extension, counted from the day you pay: that is when you conclude that agreement (art. VI.47 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law (Wetboek van economisch recht) / Directive 2011/83/EU). During that period you do not have to give a reason and you owe no compensation. You may simply use Hoobler in the meantime, even if your property is already online: we do not ask you to waive your withdrawal right in order to start. If you withdraw, we refund you in full and take your property offline. Your account and your dossier remain; if you still want to publish later, you pay again. The only exception is inspection certificates (see §2).
Registering and building your dossier are free. There is nothing to refund there, and you can terminate that free agreement at any time by deleting your account. If you do so within 14 days of your registration, that also counts as withdrawal.
You withdraw within those 14 days with one button in your pocket, under Settings, Your payments: you immediately receive a confirmation by e-mail. You may also send us an unequivocal statement, for example an e-mail to hey@hoobler.be with the subject "Withdrawal" and stating your name, the date of the order and, where possible, your dossier reference. You may also use the model form below for this, but that is not compulsory.

Inspection certificates (EPC, electrical inspection, asbestos certificate, ...) you request via Hoobler from De Immowinkel BV, which schedules and carries out the inspection. For that you enter into an agreement with Immowinkel; Hoobler places the order in your name and at your request.
You expressly ask for the inspection to be scheduled immediately. Once a certificate has been requested, scheduled and delivered, it is due and your withdrawal right for it lapses (art. VI.53, 1° of the Belgian Code of Economic Law). Cancelling before the inspection, rescheduling and complaints about a certificate follow the terms of Immowinkel.
Hoobler shows you the indicative price before you order and keeps your agreement. The invoice comes from De Immowinkel and you pay it directly to them, not via Hoobler. The inspection itself, the content of the certificate and its legal validity fall under the responsibility of the accredited inspector and of Immowinkel, not of Hoobler.
Simple: within 14 days you get everything back, after that nothing, and for inspection certificates the rules of Immowinkel apply.
100 % refund
The package, the upgrade or the extension you paid for, you get back in full, even if your property was already online. If you withdraw from an upgrade, you fall back to your previous package; if you withdraw from your package, we take your property offline; your account and your dossier remain.
No statutory refund
Your term simply continues until the end of your package. Hoobler may voluntarily consider a gesture; get in touch and we will look into it.
Terms of Immowinkel
Once requested, scheduled and delivered, a certificate is due to De Immowinkel, on their invoice. Cancelling or rescheduling before the inspection you arrange according to the terms of Immowinkel; Hoobler helps you with it.
Does the service not work as agreed, for example if an automated lookup is missing or a publication channel fails? Report this within a reasonable period and we remedy it free of charge. If remedying is not possible, you are entitled to an appropriate reduction of the price, or in serious cases to full or partial termination of the agreement, in accordance with art. 5.83 et seq. of the Belgian Civil Code (Burgerlijk Wetboek).
Nothing in this policy affects the statutory conformity guarantee and the special remedies that the law offers consumers (Book VI of the Code of Economic Law).
All fees and refunds are expressed and carried out in euro (EUR, €). For payments in another currency, your bank or card issuer applies the exchange rate and any exchange costs; that is outside Hoobler's control.
