Our algorithm combines public data (land registry, recent transactions on your street) with the private details in your dossier and proposes a fair asking price. You decide.

Hoobler builds your listing.
Drafted automatically from your documents, your story and your studio shots. Live on hoobler.be — and on platforms like Immoweb when you want (orderable separately).
- Step 06
You host the viewings.
You welcome buyers into your own home. Hoobler handles the scheduling, reminders and log around it.
- Step 07
Hoobler manages the bids.
Every bid lands in your cockpit. Hoobler keeps the conversation clear and transparent, and pings you when it's time to decide.

The notary takes over.
Once you accept a bid, Hoobler opens one secure room for you, the buyer and the notary. Inside they find everything they need to close the sale transparently and efficiently — the notary drafts the sales agreement and the deed.
