How do you set the right asking price?

Too high and your home lingers; too low and you leave money on the table. This is how you arrive at a well-founded asking price.

Part 1

What a good price is based on.

A realistic asking price starts from comparable, recently sold properties in your neighbourhood, corrected for the features of your home:

  • Location and neighbourhood.
  • Habitable floor area and plot area.
  • Number of bedrooms and bathrooms.
  • Year of construction, condition and energy performance (EPC).
  • Extras such as a garden, terrace, garage or recent renovations.

Part 2

An AI valuation as starting point.

Hoobler calculates a price range based on your home data and the market. That gives you an objective starting point, no sales pitch, but a well-founded estimate with which you make the decision yourself.
