Hoobler is a Belgian platform that helps owners sell their home themselves, but with proper guidance. We take the seller by the hand throughout the whole sale, from the listing to the viewings and the bids, and involve the notary as the legal trusted party in the dossier.

We do not replace the notary and do not act as a realtor on your behalf. We only make sure all documents are neatly in one place, so you can work efficiently.

While preparing the sale, the seller selected you as their notary. We then send you, on behalf of the seller, a request to follow up the dossier. The email is sent from Hoobler for reliability, but the seller's name appears as the sender and replies go straight to them.
