Two ways to take part.

  • As a Hoobler Agent.

    Soon, owners who want guidance will choose a realtor from the available Hoobler Agents in their region. You work with a fixed fee agreed in advance, paid on the sale. Hoobler charges you nothing per dossier or per sale.

  • With your own portfolio.

    Put your own properties on the same platform: one dossier per property, the owner sees everything, the admin takes care of itself. Never a fee per lead or per sale.

Sellers want more of it in their own hands. Under whose name?

Help build your own offer.

Together with the first group of offices, we are building your own offer: owners sell under your name, with your guidance where you want it. You set the terms and the price and promote them on your own site and channels. Whoever comes in through you starts in a dossier linked to your office. Hoobler provides the platform for documents, buyers and the notary.

Two agreements come with it

We are starting with a limited group of offices.
